Hi I am one of the contractors affected by Sunday solution and Bradbury. I wish to urge caution in replying here especially when being asked to register for point 1002 in this thread....If HMRC now want the VAT that was also not paid you are just lining yourselves up for a visit from them. So be careful !

Tax Return 5 April 2010 - Later Partnershup Tax Return Penalty Notice
Anyone received a "Self Assessment - Late Partnership Tax Return:Penalty Notice". If yes what is the action you are taking as Bradbury was suppose to file the partnership tax return and now both Sunday and Bradbury under the Insolvency Service. Has anyone paid the penalty and contacted the tax man saying that the nominated representative is under liquidation. Don't know what to do? Would welcome suggestions or comments please. I know this is just the begining.......Comment

another timely reminder
Looking at the above threads it looks like VE is about to go bump in the same way Sunday did last year.....didn't anyone else see that coming???
My advise is to those affected is to engage with HMRC, if you try and hide, they will find you eventually. They were very helpful with me (if unsympathetic) in so much as I had to pay them but they gave me time to do it.
I am now part of the group trying to get my money back
The action group are currently taking on new members. If anyone wishes to get involved please contact; [email protected]

If anyone else is experiencing the same issues with VE then please get in touch as I fear they will get their wish and be dissolved quickly and we'll be left in the sh*t again.
@Moderator - please could i have PMs enabled so i can communicate with others in this thread?

Contract Details
Hello
Is there anyone out there with the same problem. I left the partnership in 2007 and the Inland Revenue etc still think I am a valid member. Anyone else had this issue.
Also could someone post or send me a copy of the partnership contract they have as presume all were the same. I just want to know if McT was an LLP. I was part of McTiernan and Teesdale. I shreded mine. (stupidly) only 6 months ago as presumed I would never hear of such an incompetant company again but they reared their ugly heads again.
Help greatfully appreciated.
What has everyone been doing to get the Inland revenue off their back.Comment
