I too am a long time lurker and got the 1-10 week notice letter from HMRC the other day. I forwarded it off to MP and got a reply from Dawn saying that FNs are unlawful.

Repeated generic advice.
Once the FTTT Huitson verdict is in you cannot change your grounds for appeal.
Send your FNs to Montpelier. They might only help those who have paid their APN fees / loan repayments.
Make sure you send some sort of LoR within 90 days or pay up. Though LoR will only give you an extra 30 days from the date it is sent.
If things get too much seek help from your doctor.
