    Any possibility ?

Hi, I'm actually in the other fighting group that people may be aware of.

Also have demands for 3 years worth which I am fortunate enough to have covered by CTD.

What I was wondering was whether there would be any possibility to allow the "other fighting group" to be reopened to new members if they were willing to pay the back membership amounts that we all paid to enter?

DonkeyRhubarb - is there a reason why the fold could not be extended to include some newcomers that have little option other than HMRC debt collectors and are really frightened?

      Also a long time lurker

      Hi;

I am a long time lurker and have received FN and APNs.
I forwarded it off to MP and got a reply from Dawn, but her response is vague at best.

Can I be given PM rights.

      Thanks

Repeated generic advice - slight addition

Once the FTTT Huitson verdict is in you cannot change your grounds for appeal.

Send your FNs to Montpelier. They might only help those who have paid their APN fees / loan repayments.

Make sure you send some sort of LoR within 90 days or pay up. Though LoR will only give you an extra 30 days from the date it is sent.

*If you need help settling, best to call the HMRC number for assistance.*

If things get too much seek help from your doctor.

Feel free to PM me for further help.

The other group would love to do that.

The issue is that once the Huitson FTTT verdict was in, the grounds for appeal cannot be changed.

          It is very frustrating.

Sadly, several did not join the other group to save money. The attitude was "if the other group wins I will change my grounds for appeal". They did no research. Its very sad.

Got my FNs & APNs yesterday. I'm unclear as to the benefit of making a representation if it will only buy you an additional 30 days, and at the end of the 30 days extension, you still have to pay anyway.

The LoR may work. There is still a chance that UTTT appeal will be allowed. The chances are very slight - but there is still a chance.

                  FNs & APNs

Trying to send a PM to BrilloPad and DR but doesn;t seem to get through.
Do I not have access on this thread to send PMs? The screen just goes blank.

                  Thanks.
