You're almost on to something here, but I think it would be better to rank everyone by intelligence instead. We could use Greek letters perhaps, alpha, beta, gamma, delta and epsilon. The lower the rank, the more menial the job they get, while the higher ranks can become statistics gurus, world controllers etc.

Perhaps something a bit more like an ant colony would work.Originally posted by Bunk View PostYou're almost on to something here, but I think it would be better to rank everyone by intelligence instead. Never done an IQ test so don't know where I would end up so had a look at the Mensa website. They look like a bunch of arses to me. Their twitter feed links to a little test:

Please Dont
every Java programmer and tester would be killed !!!!Originally posted by sasguru View PostI have a fantastic idea, that I have gleaned from reading CUK.
Lets give everyone in the country (immigrant or not) an IQ test. Anyone under 115, the minimum needed for a modern society, IMO, will be forcibly moved to Wales and Scotland (we don't have to kill them, we're not Nazis after all).
In the unlikely event that people currently living in Wales and Scotland pass the test, we can move them into England.
No free movement - the "new" Welsh and Scottish can come on visas - we'll need a certain amount for household staff.
This way we can isolate cretins, morons, fundamentalist zealots, thickos, idiots, ignoramuses and so on in one place and pay them a stipend for their booze and fags (they don't need t'internet), while not having to deal with them in real life.
It's the only humane option .Comment

There's a song about you:Originally posted by sasguru View PostYou're right, "charming" is the word most often used to describe me.
A punctured bicycle
On a hillside desolate
Will nature make a man of me yet ?
When in this charming car
This charming man
Why pamper life's complexity
When the leather runs smooth
On the passenger seat
I would go out tonight
But I haven't got a stitch to wear
This man said "It's gruesome that someone so handsome should care"
A jumped up pantry boy
Who never knew his place
He said "return the ring"
He knows so much about these things
He knows so much about these things
I would go out tonight
But I haven't got a stitch to wear
This man said "It's gruesome that someone so handsome should care"
Na, na-na, na-na, na-na, this charming man ...

He knows so much about these thingsBut I discovered nothing else but depraved, excessive superstition. Pliny the youngerComment
