Permaban - why?
Ok, at the risk of getting royally flamed or banned again, I need to ask why my first account was permabanned for "Spamming".
I made a single (I thought helpful) reply in the Technical Forum, suggesting that the OP go look at Visio Cafe for useful stuff.
Are links not allowed? Is Visio Cafe on a banned site list somewhere? If either of these, then I apologise, but I did check the rules before posting.
Basically, I'm trying to understand the transgression so I don't repeat it?Comment

There are too many spammers to go through and check for the odd one that is genuine.
Please continue posting, as you become known links will be allowed, but for those under a certain number of posts, links will be viewed with suspicion."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."
