So utilities, railway companies, banks, supermarkets and other services everyone needs should only be available to able bodied or profitable customers and everyone else should go **** themselves?

I thought disability living allowance was provided so as to cover the extra expense of living with a disability. If that is the case why are firms forced not to make any financial adjustment in costs for disabled people?

The extra expense is things like needing a taxi because one can't walk to the bus stop.

Either those services should be available to everyone or they shouldn't. That's a dichotomy, and it isn't false.
