Okay, in which case we clearly have a somewhat fundamental difference of opinion. You think it should be legal for a shop to refuse service to a black person, and I don't
That just makes you a violent thug.
Supporting the idea that racism should be illegal makes you worse than the racists -by far.
A more rational reaction if you don't like racism would be to avoid doing business with racist people. Surely?
but back to the point it should not be for the government to dictate to a business to do business with a person or group of people when this puts the business at a financial disadvantage.
So utilities, railway companies, banks, supermarkets and other services everyone needs should only be available to able bodied or profitable customers and everyone else should go **** themselves?
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'
I thought disability living allowance was provided so as to cover the extra expense of living with a disability. If that is the case why are firms forced not to make any financial adjustment in costs for disabled people?
The extra expense is things like needing a taxi because one can't walk to the bus stop.

No i'm not. It's not even a real dichotomy. You're a gibberring fool aren't you?
It generally doesn't look too clever to call someone a gibbering fool in the very sentence after you show you don't know what a dichotomy is.
I know you're just being obtuse, but still...

Either those services should be available to everyone or they shouldn't. That's a dichotomy, and it isn't false.
