There are many reasons you'll always be a relatively low-paid, unsuccessful contractor - one of them is your inability to get the point.

Yes you can bypass sending the entire document but that requires trust at both ends. And by the time you really need to look at contractual t+cs that trust will have been truly shattered....

I am not any of those things, and I am quite able to get the point that the only way you can feel good about yourself is fantasising about other's failures, which is really what's most important here.

In 20 years I've never had to have recourse to t+cs or a dispute with a client.
It's hardly likely any client is going to change the T&Cs in the 3 months it takes me to complete this
