So, finalising one-off fixed-job contract with Client 3 and they send me a contract to sign. So I scan the last page (the only page needing a sig) with my sig duly signed and send it to them.
Admin person comes back and says we need the full document.
So I say why don't you print off the other pages and attach my sig page to it.
No, she says, you must scan the full document.
WTF?
Is there some legal thing that says when they print off my scanned pages its more legit than when they print off their original?
Or is it a Labour educashun at work?
You really should sign and return the whole document. I add an electronic signature to a PDF version and email it back. I then have a record of the exact contents of every page I've returned.

You're right. Will do that in future ...
Anyway good luck with Cretinwatch, this new contract will need some concentration for the next few weeks/months.
In that case the VP of HR should have taken you through it when you were in the VIP area of the strip club celebrating. You've surely not been dealt with by some lowly HR temp? Oh Sas.

the VP doesn't normally waste their time with toilet cleaners.
I print out the signature page, sign it and scan it in. Then I edit the pdf, so that the signature page is replaced with mine, and send that back to them.
Marginally quicker than printing and scanning the whole thing.

For all they know you could have, or could later claim to have, amended the conditions in earlier pages. Scanning and returning the entire document proves you accept it in its entirety.
I would have thought that is obvious to anyone but a cretin

You're right, I'm just another supplier, not a wage slave.
