While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Parkrun PB today! My first sub 30. That's nearly 2 minutes off in the last two runs

Didn't run last week, but did my first 10K on Wednesday.

        .
Nice one. Sub 30 mins (I guess?) for what distance? I can just about 5 km in that time. Not great I know, but better than before
        Hard Brexit now!

Yep, 5K - it's taken me a very long time to get there! Check out parkrun - there's free timed runs every Saturday morning. Very friendly atmosphere, and times ranging from 16 mins to 45+, so all welcome. Kids and dogs can run too!

Paula Fudge (ex 5000m world record holder) is a regular at ours - I love the fact that sometimes Paula Fudge cheers me on!

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

I would imagine you would get that from the people on here if you asked. Sas after all claims that his hourly rate is greater than that.

BBQ at a mate's house last night as some friends are over from Spain.
Dog walked, lawn mown & treated so far today
                  Next job is shopping
                  Out for dinner tonight
Sun: More pottering in the garden & hopefully a BBQ with a couple of Margaritas.

Ran 15 miles of the west highland way this morning with 3600 feet of ascent. Brutal stuff at times.

Twat. There's a perfectly good bus route.
