Parkrun PB today! My first sub 30. That's nearly 2 minutes off in the last two runs

Didn't run last week, but did my first 10K on Wednesday.

I know maths isn't your strong point but this is basic arithmetic. £400 ph would make my daily rate £2800, you thick cretin.

Yep - I got the bike, but the engine's missing!

Very nice it is too, although after cycling home (about 15 miles) my hands were very sore - not used to the riding position, so think I'll have to do a few short rides to get accustomed to it. Hope it's a temporary thing.

Yep - was wearing gloves (although they're probably past their best). The main pain was my thumb joints - think I'm just getting old and arthritic!
