Yep - was wearing gloves (although they're probably past their best). The main pain was my thumb joints - think I'm just getting old and arthritic!

Unlikely to be age if its just on the new bike. I find I get odd hand pains if I keep them in the same place too long - I tend to keep swapping hand position.

I did get new gel filled gloves recently - that did help.
