Yep, 5K - it's taken me a very long time to get there! Check out parkrun - there's free timed runs every Saturday morning. Very friendly atmosphere, and times ranging from 16 mins to 45+, so all welcome. Kids and dogs can run too!Originally posted by sasguru View Post
