Didn't run last week, but did my first 10K on Wednesday.Comment

Nice one. Sub 30 mins (I guess?) for what distance? I can just about 5 km in that time. Not great I know, but better than beforeOriginally posted by mudskipper View PostParkrun PB today! My first sub 30. That's nearly 2 minutes off in the last two runs

Yep, 5K - it's taken me a very long time to get there! Check out parkrun - there's free timed runs every Saturday morning. Very friendly atmosphere, and times ranging from 16 mins to 45+, so all welcome. Kids and dogs can run too!Originally posted by sasguru View PostNice one. Sub 30 mins (I guess?) for what distance? Paula Fudge (ex 5000m world record holder) is a regular at ours - I love the fact that sometimes Paula Fudge cheers me on!
