Worked there for 5 years.

It is hell. It is like it belongs in the middle East, not Yorkshire.

Plenty of colleagues got mugged from the local chavs, there were plenty of murders, even a shooting (non fatal) around the corner from my gym one morning.

The roads are built for horse and carts, not cars.

I worked in Idle in Bradford, like most places it has its good parts and bad, shame it is mostly bad and the M606 is a nightmare, but had a few good nights out there, kids enjoy it when I take them to the Media Museum and also guaranteed a damn good curry if you know where to look for it

The IMAX was great there. They used to do Trilogy days where we went to see all three Alien and Star Wars films etc from start to finish. 8+ hours solid. Was a great waste of an entire day. Alien films in full IMAX was very scarey!

I saw Batman Begins on the IMAX their, Katie Holmes nipples were the size of golfing umbrellas

Why all those comments about Bradford? Well know that everything North of Watford is a total dump. Full of thickies. About time they were cast adrift. From the decent folks down South.

Had a day there last year visiting clientco's clientco. What a dump I was really shocked at just how bad of a place it was.
