I seem to recall the muslim communities around Leeds/Bradford calling for an independent State within the UK back in the 80's - The current PM told them to "behave themselves"

Looks like it's back on the agenda

Dewsbury, Bradford and Tower Hamlets ... where Islamic extremists want to establish independent states with sharia law
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

There is also the Islamic Republic of Luton.

Nothing we can do about it though.

Of course we can, but it wasn't going to be nice. Under the current UK/EU regime, impossible to implement anyway.

The islamoafricanization of Europe is the worst catastrophe in 1500 years.

Was at Uni at Bradford in late eighties, early nineties - it was great fun as a student.

Lived on the edge of Bradford (Greengates) from 98 to 2001 and it had gone down hill dramatically.

Did see a lot of films on the IMAX - Aliens and T2 spring to mind - awesome.

Being the second city it is big enough to probably accommodate a larger community but not appear in the same state as Bradford. It can still have pockets of Asian communities and still not appear broken (arguable of course lol). Bradford is, on the whole, ****ed if you compare the community v geographic area of the city.

And WTF is that supposed to mean?!? Like it belongs to the middle-east e.g. Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Beirut, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain - all of which are 10x cleaner than the cleanest parts of the UK? Or like Pakistan which is not part of the middle-east?
