Had the reply from Trethowans today via email 02/11/2026 and they are providing me with standard financial statement forms to fill in. I will not be doing so and i am wondering where everyone else is at this point .I am now on the phone to national buisness debt line to see what they can advise
Hi, saw your latest post and was interested in learning more about your approach. I was only with Winchester from Dec 2013 to Apr 2014 and left when they moved to some PSC strategy requiring three named directors. I've ignored Felicitas and West28th, only replying to Trethowans 1 Sept letter disputing their claim. Like many, I received a Tracked 48 letter on Saturday. Thanks, David.

Hi eek,

While posting the LCR article on Reddit, I came across a poster called Law Place who seems adamant that all umbrellas are scumbags and that there are a load of Outside IR35 contracts if you know where to look. I didn’t dig too deep as I didn’t want to out myself as a CUK mod but I’m very surprised that he hasn’t peddled his POV here.

Have you heard of him (or his app?)

(I’m sure you’re aware but that Reddit sub has nothing to do with CUK.)
