Well, I just thought 20% was an easy number for doing the maths; I'm assuming our resident egg spurt can give us a more accurate figure. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014 -

I would personally suggest all of it, or 95% at least if you want to keep tax on cigs and beer or something.Originally posted by speling bee View PostOK then. What % of state income will come from the land tax?
The intent would be for it to replace tax on productive activity like income, vat, corp tax etc.Comment

To summarise Robby: he's unemployed (he claims to have a 6-month extension but spends all his time on here), he lives in a rental flat, he's obviously single and frustrated (no one who got laid regularly would come out with such drivelOriginally posted by tractor View Post20 pages of evasion and he still hasn't. ), he's obviously very poorly educated.
So he's to be pitied rather than pilloried.Hard Brexit now!

I particularly like the 'or something' tax; although I think it's a duty, wot is different, apparently.Originally posted by Robinho View PostI would personally suggest all of it, or 95% at least if you want to keep tax on cigs and beer or something. And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? If you're so desperate for figures there is actually an app where you can enter in your postcode, your house area and how much tax you want it to raise and you can indeed find out how much tax your house would be due.
