I would personally suggest all of it, or 95% at least if you want to keep tax on cigs and beer or something.

The intent would be for it to replace tax on productive activity like income, vat, corp tax etc.

If you're so desperate for figures there is actually an app where you can enter in your postcode, your house area and how much tax you want it to raise and you can indeed find out how much tax your house would be due.
