The waiting time to take the test will probably be longer than the banOriginally posted by DimPrawn View PostIndeed. Best thing all round is for her to sit her driving test again.

Buts it's not a sliding scale. A couple of days for almost killing someone. Don't be ridiculous! Seriously Sounds like she shouldn't be driving at all.Originally posted by TimberWolf View PostI did not say that. Getting banned for 56 days for a first offence seems excessive to me. Average for that speed seem to be a few day's ban. Has it occurred to you that what occurs to you has already been though of and dismissed with nanoseconds by someone with more intelligence? What happens in General, stays in General. You know what they say about assumptions!Comment

Saw some miscreants (or 'prisoners' as they were referred to) being done too. One chap said nothing except bulltulip and f-off. Says he is going to represent himself. They were also some prisoners in the observers gallery and they were cracking some brilliant jokes.Comment

Yep. I got 6 points and a plus £350 fine for slightly less and once got a 12 month ban for D/D which consisted of being 3% over the limit (ie 2 pints) which is less than your old mum.Originally posted by TimberWolf View PostAnd you've never sped, like me?

Bring back hanging!
And send her back to her own country!

Sorry, I thought I was on the Daily Mail website for a minute there.

I've only had 3 points for alleged speeding once - I was too poor to hire a smart lawyer to prove it wasn't speeding, wasn't in that area and wasn't me in the first place
