If you weren't working for peanuts in some Kraut dump, you might even be able to afford a studio above a kebab shop in Hackney.
      Hard Brexit now!

Crikey sas - does everything have to revolve around how much your house is worth and how much money you have?

You think anyone really actually cares?

The saddest part is you say that with no shame, that you consider valuing your life on your bank balance a laudable value system.

Quality of life d000hg, some people measure it on material worth and consider being stuck in misery for 40 years worthwhile.

I'd rather live somewhere pleasant and enjoy life at a more sedate pace and spend the quality time with my family watching them grow up.
"I hope Celtic realise that, if their team is good enough, they will win. If they're not good enough, they'll not win - and they can't look at anybody else, whether it is referees or any other influence." - Walter Smith

When did I say that? And I don't think someone who believes on the basis of no evidence in a supernatural force should really be criticising other people's value systems

People usually comfort themselves with the thought that the better off must be unhappy. Its a classic defence mechanism.

I comfort myself that I can correctly use the apostrophe. It's not much, but it's something.
