Both options make PR less likely IMO.Originally posted by d000hg View PostIn which case, shouldn't you vote the other way? While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

If I make an effort to express myself and say "I would like to maintain the status quo" it is likely to be interpreted as meaning "I would like to maintain the status quo" and not "actually I would prefer to see a change".Originally posted by d000hg View PostHow does "keep things as they are" make PR less likely than now?
Only by not voting or spoiling my ballot could I express my dissatisfaction with the limited range of choices presented. While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'Comment

If people don't vote then that can be taken as "people don't care, so that implicitly means there is no desire to change it". It's a minefield.
Why does going to AV make PR less likely in your opinion? Isn't it opening the door for considering further change?Originally posted by MaryPoppinsI'd still not breastfeed a naziOriginally posted by vetranUrine is quite nourishingComment

It could be considered a step in the right direction, but I suspect that like most half assed efforts it will cause people to question the value of proceeding further.Originally posted by d000hg View PostWhy does going to AV make PR less likely in your opinion? It's hard to make PR less likely, the only party with a real desire for PR and any influence was the Lib Dems and if they couldn't secure it in coalition then it's not likely to happen in the next few decades.Originally posted by doodab View PostBoth options make PR less likely IMO.Comment
