Not tired but I felt very sort of uninspired for a few weeks recently. Then I plugged my little bedside CD player back in that I had turned off because it was buzzing and I suddenly feel good again. It was around when I unplugged it that I started feeling crappy.
The remedy is a thing that buzzes in your bedroom.
Isn't that because it reminds you of being in the womb? I've heard of quite a few people who claimed to sleep better with a constant humming noise in the room.
Not being funny, but what condition is your mattress in? Ours is wet through after 5 days and I only noticed a couple of months ago when I kept waking feeling wet.
The mattress police on google reckon to cover your mattress with plastic and that bed wetting can be the result of an un-happy childhood.
