Personally I find cutting out the booze for a week or so, taking some exercise, drinking a bit less coffee (esp none after 3pm) and getting a few early nights works wonders.

Apart from that, it's just getting old.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

My body clock does an excellent job.

Haven't used an alarm clock since I flew to Copenhagen at 4a.m. about 2 or 3 years ago.

Whatever time I go to bed I wake up around 6a.m.

Pain in the arse at weekends when I really fancy a sleep-in and only manage a lie-in.

      I'm a morning person!!
Never has a man been heard to say on his death bed that he wishes he'd spent more time in the office.

The exclamation marks indicate that you are one of those oddballs who's cheery before 11am.

Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

In my experience, most women aren't "morning people"...

I hate people in general. I just hate them more in the mornings.

Always great you with a 'afternoon' when you arrive at nine! Want to schedule complex meetings first thing when you're still drooling, always perky, want to go to lunch at 12!!!

You can't go for a drink with these perky ****ers as they don't drink and go to bed early leaving you in the pub on your own at 9pm

              shootings too good for them!!!

Not me. It doesn't matter how much I drink or how late the evening, I'll still be in the office early. Yeah, I'll stink of beer and my eyes will look like pissholes in the snow but I'll be there.

As for those people who spend a fortune getting pissed and then throw up, you're fecking amateurs!

I'm sorry, but I'll make no apologies for this

At the risk of pointing out the obvious, what time are you going to bed? What time are you getting up?
You won't be alerting anyone to anything with a mouthful of mixed seeds.
