Fresh fruit n veg and exercise. None of this walking/jogging crap - big cycling, lots of swimming etc

How do you break this cycle???
Not being funny, but what condition is your mattress in? Ours is knackered after 5 years and I only noticed a couple of months ago I keep waking feeling tired with a bad back.

The mattress police on google reckon to change your mattress every 5-7 years and that tiredness can be the result of a bad or worn mattress.

I still miss the lovely comfy 40 year old one I had before.
            So why replace it then?

Yeah, those female GALs can get quite feisty if they don't get their standard 27 (alien) hours of sleep a night!!

There could be several reasons for tiredness:
                  • Medical - something like diabetes can have those symptoms
                  • Stress - your body is being whacked by anxiety
                  • Boredom

I find the latter one to be the most demanding in terms of making me struggle to get through the working day. If I'm working on something really interesting where I can keep my brain engaged I don't get tired, but otherwise clockwatching and counting the minutes down to going home time becomes a favourite pastime.

Not tired but I felt very sort of uninspired for a few weeks recently. Then I plugged my little bedside CD player back in that I had turned off because it was buzzing and I suddenly feel good again. It was around when I unplugged it that I started feeling crappy.

The remedy is a thing that buzzes in your bedroom.

Find somewhere to take a 20 min nap during your lunch break. You'll definitely feel a lot more productive (not on cUK!).
