Someone mentioned the Cook islands earlier, I went to Atiu.
No roads, no restaurants, when I went the only other visitors were 2 people from National Geographic.

    Might have changed now

Other places include riding the opium trail, by camel, to Pakistan in an unofficial "visit" from India.

While not a country, we sailed out to Anegada last year, it was nice (but it's part of the Virgin Islands, and I'm sure many from here have been there)
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

Visiting the local sites in a clearly labelled European branded coach did feel a bit like hanging a sign up saying "feel free to have a pop". We were slightly relieved to leave safely, to be honest, sadly, as it's a beautiful country and (most of) the people couldn't have been more friendly. We went to Tunisia a few years back, no more than 30 miles from where the massacre took place, and really enjoyed it, but there's no way we're going back.

Bare boat charter - 42ft gin palace cat. 6 of us on it.
As for "able" - all good swimmers.

Antigua - quite beautiful and fun.
Brunei - proper wealth & poverty side by side.

Fortunately, the following year we beat Chel$ki ("don't worry, it's only Ray Parlour...Oh $h1t"), and the year after that Southampton, and 2 years after that ManUre.
