Saying 'everyone is the same' IS idiotic. Saying 'everyone is equal' is not. Plain fact that (on average) women are less physically capable than men, plain idiocy to think that means men are better than women.

I am sure there are genetic differences between black, asian & white people in a similar way (though much less pronounced) affecting physical and mental factors. It seems entirely reasonable that just as women are less strong than men, race X is smarter than race Y. But, saying that 'means' anything is where the problem starts.
