I went for a 50 mile bike ride on Sunday and on reflection taking that half bottle of coke wasn't enough fluid. Felt proper knackered when I got back and despite consuming various and copious liquids later on, including tea, coke and water, did not pee until the next day. I blame the weather.Comment
