Have a look at psiphon. Run it on your pc at home (on port 80) and you should be able to access from your office.Comment

this site http://www.the-cloak.com will allow you to 'get round' your net restrictions by acting as a proxy. If you want to use sites that require you to login (like facebook) you will need to pay a small subscription.
