    If your IT has these proxies blocked, detecting you trying to access the should really result in some action, since it 99% certain means someone is deliberately trying to evade the restrictions they are aware of. If I were a web-admin I would send a quick "Hi, I noticed you trying to use XXX this morning. Can you explain why?" Most people would then be too scared to try and find a non-blocked proxy.

    It was resurrected by a spammer trying to lure people to a phishing site.
