    i have the feeling

with the summers clearly getting better and southern destinations becoming a little to warm for comfort,

    that

britain could see a renaissance as a summer holiday and seaside destination and be in demand for people from the mainland

anybody with coastal regions properties in desirable locations could do well

    Milan.

Yes, why go to Benidorm (aka Blackpool in the sun) when you can have the real deal in the sun. OK maybe not.

Well, I wish it would hurry up before it’s too late. I’ve just come back an overnight stop to Mablethorpe and came back early as the wind was blowing a bloody hooley and the town itself is sliding into grunginess through a lack of investment.

This is a great shame as I’ve loved going to Mablethorpe in the past as it has a fabulous beach and the best fish and chips you can buy (Salties FTW).

            does not compute

would somebody please explain the rationale around dumping 25k on a shed on a beach, a shed that has nothing

in the pictures, is the bucket the toilet ?

and then sit there all day with sheds next to you and the public in front of you

is anyone able to explain the attraction

            Milan.

this is the thing isn't it, if these temperatures are going to keep coming, for people with the spare cash and the long term view, these places could be interesting opportunities

              Milan.
