actually I have a similar case, as my ski coats wear out they get promoted to winter outdoor jobs attire, and this morning the zip broke on the current winter outdoor jobs coat, which could be argued means according to joiners movers leavers process that the current skiing coat will move to the role of outdoor jobs coat role and I'll need a new ski coat

    which is cool

but would break an architecture principle of avoid unnecessary outgoings

    and so

I will see if I can fix the zip

    Milan.

I did this program about 10 years ago and lost a few stone with relative ease. Some has come back on but I still eat a fairly low-carb diet.

          I've bought the book. I'm not pre-diabetic, but I do weigh 100kg.

I was diagnosed with diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and also weighed 96 kilos. Now all those things are normal and I'm down to 76 kg. Good luck if you decide it suits your situation!

When I introduced the theme it was precursor to pancreatic cancer.

Doc was supposed to call this morning. Called at 6pm. I didn't have my phone with me. I just assume if it was serious, he'd have called me earlier. But hey.

They may have some interesting personality traits but I don't think calling them all crackers is PC

And depending on how big they are, it could take a LOT of us to have a group hug around them.
