let's talk about cars
very interesting, I am starting to side with other folk regarding buying a new car, and would rather stay with what I have and not have all of the latest gadgets
the Mack Anne is now two years old and has (the equivalent of) 25 thousand miles and according to the second hand adverts, were we to sell it, the going price is now more than we paid for it two years ago - which is cool - that car is going to be a keeper - thankfully it is as analogue as you can get
the Ex Cinq has (the equivalent of) 55 thousand miles and is 4 and half years old, beautiful car and fully loaded, and also interesting, the depreciation seems to have slowed and might be ticking upwards
and the way the new cars are going with all of buttons being replaced by touch screens, same with the (2021) Ex Cinq, very analogue compared to what's on the market today and what's coming
I have the feeling it's time to hold
what are your thoughts
Milan in 'getting old' mode
p.s. of course the outlier, the Kay Manne is a keeper
