Hamas have been shelling aid entry points already.

Totally agree that any innocent hurt is a tragedy, but we should be telling the Palestinians its a chance to escape Hamas if they work with Israel & others. If the nutters keep on this way Israel will keep fighting harder & harder. I suspect the Palestinians still support Hamas.Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Comment

Agreed Netanyahu is taking a dangerous and generally reprehensible route to deliver his promises, but let's keep it in context. A lot of the civilian casualties can be laid at Hamas's door, not his. What other war has been conducted by telling the enemy where you are going to strike next?Blog? What blog...?Comment

Look at any of their great PMs, Moshe Dayan, Ben Gurion, Golda Meir; none of them were what we would call peacemakers...

They are telling the civilians where to be safe and are willing to take the extra risk. To me that is very brave & humane.

The only effective way of responding to the ICC's request for arrest warrants is to convene an Israeli state commission of inquiry to examine if Gaza's population was deliberately starved – not cry antisemitism and Nazism
Seems sensible to me.
I haven't got a contract with Israel. Maybe if they had run the Iraq or Afghanistan wars the y wouldn't have left such basket cases? Its easy to armchair general.
The Palestinian mob have repeatedly bombed and invaded Israel. Its neighbours tried a few times but failed, Egypt eventually decided it was too dangerous. Israeli civilians are regularly shelled in "peacetime" from Gaza who clearly state they wish to eliminate Israel and all the Jews but its apparently Israel that is committing war crimes. Even the Beeb admitted that Hamas seemed to be hijacking aid convoys.
Covered internationally the UN has already investigated thoroughly and decided (in its opinion) Israel may be "close to committing" war crimes but they aren't guilty yet. Do keep up.
The inflated casualty figures (35,000 this week) in Gaza include about 50% (I suppose 18,000) combatants including the "Hamas Youth Brigades". Odd that Hamas can't tell them apart its almost like they want to mislead us.
Its funny Zelensky is really in the same position but no one is demanding he surrender. He isn't forewarning the civilians like Israel.
30,000 Russian civilians dead so far but even Putin doesn't routinely use civilians as a human shield like Hamas. Proof of that Hamas war crime has been on most media with videos.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casual...%20is%20higher.
Israel has confiscated broadcast equipment and detained some journalists, Hamas killed 4 israeli journalists on the 7th.
