I still use it, it's great for getting info from & interacting with people/subjects I'm interested in, e.g. my local community, hobbies etc., and also keeping in touch with friends & family I rarely see. I'm not aware of any other widely used tool or app which offers the same.

I’m getting friend notices swamped by ads these days so it’s getting less and less useful for me.

I don’t mind some ads but when there’s more than anything of interest I tune out.

I don't know - I've never paid for (or read) the wail.

And my last contact with the Sun newspaper was sitting on on one while on a rainy train station while waiting for a train. When the irritated owner came back to retrieve it he was less than happy when I pointed out that it was mostly dry.

Oh try reading it online, the story is about a quarter of the page covered by ads and it takes too long to load, crashes Chrome as well.

Some people don't appreciate the finer things in life like a dry newspaper!
