    To be fair, the Mail Online is a different beast to the Mail online newspaper, with a different demographic and its own editorial team. If you have to read the Mail, the latter is the one to aim for..

    I still use it, it's great for getting info from & interacting with people/subjects I'm interested in, e.g. my local community, hobbies etc., and also keeping in touch with friends & family I rarely see. I'm not aware of any other widely used tool or app which offers the same.

    The 25-34 age group is still the second most active ahead of 35-44. The share of users under 25s has been declining for several years now whilst the over 65s have been increasing.

    As far as I can tell from my kids, under 25s hang out mainly on Instagram, Snapchat and TikTok.
