Rat-arsed is my go-to, but I fear that's very pedestrian so I may have to make use of some of these more imaginative versions

The other day I got utterly Donaudampfschifffahrtsgesellschaftskapitäned. As did everyone else. It was a good trip.

I hate it when that happens. I've heard those Danube river boat cruises are pretty wild, and the captains are not to be trusted.
