Your performing arts agent appreciated your cutting edge wit and recommended you for the clown gig. Your son literally has big shoes to fill.

And that a security policy mentions nothing about sharing passwords making it acceptable?

It's likely in another bit of paper he signed.

Have you taught him the 3 page Powerpoint wheeze or the questionable sales techniques yet?
What about market differentiation, cos you dont seem to have that cracked yet?
Do you and your kids wonder round the streets in matching outfits like Jacob Rees Mogg and his sons?

Next time Ladies and gentlemen, DrewG's horse and dog operate a production line and his goldfish monitors the CCTV all on outside IR35 contracts!

Who does the school think are paying his fees, was it once you and then changed to your son once you started paying him from the Ltd Company

Remember HMRC have eyes all over the place (even here ), they only need to get lucky once with a mistake, you have to be lucky every time!

Your original question was whether HMRC would have a problem with it.

The answer is almost certainly yes.

The question about whether they'll find out/investigate or whether you'll get away with it is an entirely different one. You may well get away with it, that doesn't mean it isn't dodgy as hell.

Most of us try to run our businesses legitimately and this sort of crap is exactly what gives us all a bad name. But go for it if you want to, just don't expect much sympathy if you do get investigated

He's bringing his child up to believe that lying and fraud are the way to live.
...then spending his evening, instead of engaging with his family, he spends them whoring on a computer, while his family probably do the same.

When the Fail/Express/Torygraph run stories about the Yoof of Today and how terrible things are, remember it's their parents who are bringing them up that way. Throwing money at a child is not bringing them up. Teaching them values such as DrewG's - lying and cheating - as the way ahead - shows how poor he is morally, and shows exactly why Britain is no longer great. There is no pride left in the country, no desire to do better, no community spirit, only selfish desires to cheat and blame.

Where am I throwing money at my kids instead of bringing them up? Where are you getting this information from?

I don't think 'yoof of today' refers to straight A* kids from independent schools that are training to be doctors.

You think I'm at the forefront of terrible parenting that's removing 'desire to do better', 'pride', and 'community spirit'? My boy has racked up more volunteer hours this year than you have billable hours.

"YOOF OF TODAY!!" -- points to kids doing pre-med courses....

                      You're smoking something.
