Perhaps the activists are living up to that. By hating themselves, which causes them to act out?

If "disagreeing with transactivists" and believing that the scientific reality of biological sex is important in protecting women's rights, then yes, he's been throwing "hate".

Not the usual definition of hate, but words change their meanings...

Not worth its own thread but I found this quite amusing: https://www.theage.com.au/national/v...15-p5dwso.html

Badly thought through laws will be abused.

They aren't comparable and I don't think the EA would apply.
Two things: 1) pointing out the objective reality of trans-activism is not "hate", and 2) you need to read the judgement of the subsequent tribunal appeal and the EA2010.

I'm genuinely surprised that someone would wave their ignorance around quite so liberally.

          It's a mystery.

This bit made me laugh. And yes, I understand how it's meant to be interpreted.

This behaviour has had a significant impact on ... our reputation among the Victorian LGBTIQ+ community
But not on those who identify as Edwardian or Elizabethan...

That's disingenuous. Disagreeing with anything isn't hate, but that isn't what he does.

Two things. 1) You clearly have no grasp of what Linehan engages in. Doxxing trans people is not 'pointing out the objective reality of trans activism'. Catfishing trans people on dating apps is not 'pointing out the objective reality of trans activism'. Regarding yourself akin to 1930s anti nazi resistence fighter is not 'pointing out the objective reality of trans activism'.

                2) I have read the judgements, I know you have no legal background, so the irony in your shade is hilarious.

Do you have any examples? Because I would have thought that if he'd been at all offensive on that platform he would have been censured.

He has several times, including being spoken to by the police.

                    Musk however is different beast.

I don't care enough to have kept any record of his greatest hits. I would read his replies feed, noting timestamps, and ask yourself if he is someone you want performing at your comedy event. His obsession has consumed him, cost him his career, friends and his wife and kids.
