To say gender change surgery is comparable with circumcision of a male baby is also clearly untrue. To put male and female circumcision in the same sentence is concerning.

One is unequivocally child abuse, with the only exception of medical necessity. Performed on children who more often not can't even say yes or no let alone consent.

Gender affirmation surgery is only permissible at 16+ with informed consent.

They aren't comparable, genital mutilation of children is by all measures more abhorrent.

If you're attempting to assert that someone who may be suffering a mental disorder, gender dysphoria, can't give informed consent then I think you would have to explain why someone suffering depression can consent to treatment.

those 2 aren't remotely comparable.

One is about deliberately damaging organs with the intention of removing the pleasure from sex.
The other is about hygiene (albeit misguided in the modern era).
