Milan, I am not talking about manager positions and riding the company politics. All I was saying is that there seem to be an absurd number of contracts offered for people with BA skills (release, configuration, change managers) whose higher achievement in life was completing A-levels and perhaps reading the ITIL book for dummies before going to the interview. Now, considering that these contracts are in the range of 500-600 it just sound like is money thrown out of a window while people with SAP skills, for example, are being offered 3-400 pounds contract (which require a dozen of years of skills perhaps....).
I've seen much of the rest of the world. It is brutal and cruel and dark, Rome is the light.
