Advice for finding outsourced piecemeal work from agencies

Hi All, very new to freelancing and wondered if anyone has any advice about finding agencies that outsource software development? What key phrases should I be googling or searching for on linkedin? What do they typically call their departments that deal with outsourcing? Which agencies do you know of that do this?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

A good idea would be to find the correct part of the forums to ask your questions so you don't get trolled and called rude names.

As NLUK says, you might want to pose this question in the professional forums, like the Business/Contracts.

General isn't what you think ... this is a free for all bun fight where we don't play nicely, and sensible advice is not the objective.

I would reply, but I'm busy seeing to your wife at the moment ..... she's says hi, and your dinner is in the microwave.

            Is that a euphemism?

It's something that makes your sausage warm when you turn it on.
