      Heavy fighting on all fronts.

Javelins and NLAWs are helping a lot

      This isn't 2014.

Sanctions can be a big deal - but Putin clearly knows they're coming and decided it's worth it. From an almost totally ignorant position, it seems this is a done deal. Putin's not going to pull out early over some sanctions and nobody is going to go to war over this with a nation like Russia. He's gone all in with pocket aces.

The worry is what next - is this the start of something far bigger in Europe, or 'just' taking back former USSR territories? Is Putin willing to fight back against sanctions and action on it's overseas citizens with military action, or does he cast the oligarchs loose?

Waging war is expensive. Russia has the 12th largest economy in world - after South Korea. It's not the power it used to be. I hope Putin's been saving his roubles.

In the meantime, interesting feed here: https://ukdefencejournal.org.uk/late...on-of-ukraine/

This is the big question. I think Ukraine is a done deal, it belongs to Russia in the coming days. What is next, Russia takes the Baltic states to create a north to south buffer zone against NATO.

This will create WWIII. So if the tanks roll beyond Ukraine, it's goodbye Europe.

Russia is taking heavy tank losses now.

Invasion isn't going the way they planned for sure.

Anti-tank weapons supplied by UK (NLAW), USA and other countries (Javelins) are making a huge difference.

Looks like paratroopers from helicopters that took Kyiv's airport now had to withdraw after losing helicopter cover, some of them to hell.
