A declaration of war would be the worst thing that Putin can do for Russia other than press the big red button. He knows that he can't win a war with NATO. -
There's speculation he might do something for WWII Victory Day (9 May) which is a big event in Moscow. If nothing else, I'd certainly expect sabre rattling on steroids.Scoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.Comment

The Russians ultimately I suppose. Although if his actions led to significant increase in poverty or to wartime casualties not resulting in tangible gains, we could say the raw data would allow anyone to make that decision.Originally posted by Zigenare View Post
