Please don't. Whales get trapped in the Thames and can't swim against the tide it is so strong down that section. You will die. Go down to Henley and swim and you'll be fine, but the central London and docks section, it really will be suicide mate.

Subconsciously that might be what he wants to do

He does sound pretty depressed from many of his posts.

I might actually do it one day. Maybe it even reach the news.

"Washed up IT consultant tries to prove there are still some life left in the business" might server a better cause than all the effort the usual outlets have put to the cause.

I'll get one of those life vests that inflate in case of emergency.

Yes, they say the normal state of life is suffering.

Our job is to try our best to reduce it and not make it any worse.

You are the one constantly posting snide replies to members you don't like, not me.

Case in point the first reply on this thread.

The video is quite good. Thanks.

Anyway, all energy in life is sexual. Depravation seems like a better option.

If a Whale who is a sea creature can't cope with the tides on the Thames why do you think a life vest will save you?

Local drunk chap thought it a good idea to jump in to the shallow river that is about a metre deep. The force of the water dragged him along to the the weir and mill where he drowned. He was pulled along so fast his mates could not catch him up.
