Any money saved by having Merc free roadside assistance instead of AA or RAC must be more than recouped by their expensive servicing.

I have AA via my bank account, issue was I had no idea how they would handle tyre issue when there is no spare wheel available at all, thought Merc had that figured out since they knowindly sold car without spare tyre.

They'd pick it up on a trailer and take it to the nearest Tyres R Us.

That’s where I thought Merc will have an edge since they know car got no spare and can bring up a loaner and then it can be dropped off at dealer, regardless if I serviced with them - maybe even a free check up offered to gain business, instead they told me to fook off.
