I suspect it's a Chrome problem as I had the same problem with the BBC site yesterday. In bookmark manager I found that the CUK and BBC bookmarks were http because I had saved them a long time ago. Normally a browser would automatically switch to the latest url? Edge etc do.
I expect most of us have old bookmarks/favourites we saved a long time ago.bloggoth
