        eek

eek, I have come to this thread because cojak closed the felicitas thread down (wadr, closed it down wrongly (or at least prematurely) - and (again wadr) eek that is down to you!)

eek, Why can't you simply, openly, candidly,.... TELL US WHAT YOU KNOW!?? (Or believe you know?)

cojak, I know the thread has heated up but please reconsider and reopen it?

          1) I have no idea what wadr means.
          2) I didn't close it because of eek.
          3) I won't be reopening it for another flamewar.
          4) You do realise that GoT was joking and this is General, don't you??

Looks like “users” of totally legal loan schemes with totally legal loans now have an interest proving loans were sham...

Not wishing to gloat or anything, but it's pretty staggering how many people overlooked the whole "it's a loan" aspect of these cunning loan schemes. You know, something that might be called in, nominally. Putting aside the tax avoidance aspects, I still have no idea how anyone got over that mental hurdle.

You don't know what you talking about because you are not privy to QCs opinion.

It should have been obvious from start that loans will remain forever, so when (not if) HMRC catches up with this tax scam they'll have people on the hook even if it's 6 years past last tax return. And that was best case scenario - as eek pointed out the kind of trust that was used made it possible to remove beneficiaries and then call in loans.

Legal tax evasion is the game for the proper wealthy, not ordinary people.

Seriously, if you don't like it here, **** off elsewhere. This country offered you refuge when you deserted your responsibilities in your home country. If that isn't enough for you then there are plenty of other countries that have stone walls for you to crash your car into.
