When viewing a thread I appear to have a Likes and Thanks counter to the right hand side right on top of the advertising.

Fixed quickly enough for you? There was a "Who's read this thread" thing that I have turned off as well. The forum home page shows "Array" for who's online and members' birthdays so will see if can fix that as well. Definitely should be able to push the smilies back up, couple more jobs to do and will be back fettling on here. If you spot anything else then let me know!

Back up and running, still got some templates to tweak but it's in the new place now - no longer on the subdomain of its own but in a "forum" folder on the main site. Still got some templates to update and need to check the forum app still works but apart from that we should be up and running again. Let me know if you spot anything odd, apart from AtW investing in crypto or MF giving out diet tips...

Posting the Monday Links just now, I added the usual tag, but the system had apparently scanned the text and added a bunch more tags automagically.

This is presumably a feature rather than a bug, but among the autogenerated tags was "line", from the line printer piece, which doesn't strike me as particularly helpful. The other were similarly useless.

So until that works with some kind of AI figuring out which words and phrases might be deserving of tagging in the overall context of the forum, it might be worth holding off on it
