I have been working for an agency for sometime and usually the payment is more or less on time. However the previous last payment was a couple of weeks late. The current payment is a month overdue (paid monthly) and they finally paid but only 3/4 of the money. They say it was a mistake and the rest will follow shortly.
I am concerned as have had a bad experience in the past when a company i was working for went Bankrupt and I lost a lot of money.
I have emailed them many times over the last month asking what the problem is and have received no answers.
How would I stand contacting the customer and asking them if they can pay me direct or ask them to withhold payment to the agency till things are clarified?
