Three people arrested for manslaughter. Dodgy gas fitters? If the police had any reason to believe there was intent to kill, they'd be talking murder, not manslaughter.

The ceiling came down in TJ's, but only a false one - clonked a couple of heads, but no injuries. And people from the bar on the other side helped get a couple of survivors out of the rubble in the first minute or two before the fire drove them back.

The Boston distillery explosion the article refers to was no where near as destructive and the victims died from inhaling fumes, not from the blast.
