A house has just come on the market near to me that I absolutely love. I already knew about the house, it's an incredible example of a modernist home, in fact I drove up to it as close as I could to see it from the outside, and I would love to see it properly in the flesh to see how the layout works. Also the interior design is key so would love to see that too.
Anyway, I registered for a viewing and have been contacted to arrange a time, but now I'm getting cold feet\feelings of guilt as I've no intention of buying it as I can't afford it, and hence will take a viewing slot and be wasting their time. Having said that I'd buy it in a heartbeat if I had the £795k.
So, would you view a house you can't afford?
